1. What is the grade of the Lumber you use?
We use select grade hardwood Lumber. Our Cherry is 85%heartwood on one face and 75% on the second face, the Hard Maple is a select white maple and our Red Oak and Ash are a select grade as well.
The Soft Maple will be knot free but will range in color from white to gray.

2. What are the dimensions of the slats in your edge glued panels?
The slats range in width from 2 ½ - 5 inches.

3. What are the panels and the S4S lumber finished sanded to?
The edge glued panels are finished to a ¾ thickness and sanded to a 120 grit, the S4S lumber is planed to a quality finish.

4. Do your panels have biscuits or are the edges finger jointed?
No the panel edges are flat, there are no biscuits or finger joints.

5. Do you carry panels in another thickness?
Yes we can make the panels in another thickness,

6. What are the shipping charges and minimum order requirements?
Orders $300 and over have their shipping prepaid otherwise there is a $25 charge for shipping. There is a minimum charge of $75 to an order.

7. How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within eight working days and arrive within three to five days.

8. Do you do large volume runs?
Yes we do,

9. If I order a 36” long panel, is it a true a 36” panel.
The panel would be 36” in length with a 1/16” tolerance.

10. Can you cut the panels to a customized size.
Yes we do, for a minimum of five panels.
